A little late but here's the list of shows I'll be watching.

I've been lukewarm on anime for months now and haven't followed a currently-airing series through to completion in a long time, but I'm hoping for High School of the Dead and Strike Witches 2 to keep me watching.

Literacy is the best tech.

I'll probably partake in Strike Witches 2, Sekirei (I saw the first half, the story's not over, we've been on a cliffhanger forever, I just want to see the fucking end), and maybe High School of the Dead.

That should round out my three for the season.  Any more than that and I end up getting overwhelmed and end up with a huge backlog, like the one I worked partway through earlier this spring (and archived two series that I'll have to marathon in the next few days).  Still have the three longer series left, need to budget more time to marathon them...

Srsly though.  The datestamp on episode 12 of Sekirei, where the second season was indicated would exist, is 9/18/2008.  Two years and a stupid 10 minute OAV later, we finally get the continuation.  Ugh.

More thoughts.

High school of the dead is a definite pick-up for me, just cuz I like that genre. I might look into Occult Academy too.

Well, I won't deny that about Strike Witches, but I'm watching High School of the Dead for the zombies first and the boobs/guns/violence second.
