That totally portrayed how I was when I watched that episode.  I had to watch the part 4 times before I accepted it.  I think it would be a lot less creepy if they actually showed it more graphically, ie blood.  Instead of clinging on to the string of hope that Homura comes and save her, or by some "magic" that she comes back.

Well, I'm all caught up at episode 7 now. That took a while.

I thought I heard someone say that ep. 7 makes some of the characters make more sense. It's more than that - I disliked Kyouko before, but now I feel like she has the right idea about how to live as a mahou shoujo in this particular world.

Also, hooray for the return of creepy papercrafts and stylized shadow effects!

I actually like Kyouko quite a bit more now too.  I don't love her or anything, but I feel like I can understand why she does what she does better.
