The Figma line sure has come a long way since I first started buying them. Check out Figma Samus!

Fucking cool. You can barely even see the joints, so the whole thing looks seamless. Of course, with improved quality comes increased price - she's selling for about $40.

I suspect somebody in the club will end up getting this, as it's the best Samus Aran action figure ever made.

Sollosi informed me on Twitter that Kotobukiya is producing a line of Mass Effect bishoujo figurines beginning later this year. Liara will be the first one for sale. As you can see, her sculpt is already done.

Next in line will be Commander Shepard, as imagined by Shunya Yamashita! There's only concept art at this point, but if the real sculpt looks anything like this, then I'm preordering it as soon as they'll let me.

I don't really collect statues, but I'd be tempted by a really nice-looking Shepard or Miranda.  I really like the character of Liara in the games, but for whatever reason that statue of her isn't doing it for me.
