So yeah, since we're going and all, it'd be great if getting there is coordinated.  Especially since I'm driving, I'll need to know various things like who I'm picking up and where I'm picking them up at and when I'm leaving and so forth.

Well, for starters, Dave, Meredith, and I are all on tap to drive as well. We'll probably only need 3 cars in total, so at some meeting or another we'll finalize the drivers.

Our departure time should be uniform. It looks like pretty much all of us will be leaving at around 5:00 on Friday.

We'll meet at the bookstore plaza at Newcomb (our usual spot) before we leave.

As for who's going with who... we're still working on that.

5pm Friday? 

Rachel, L, and I will all be in my car.  We should be able to fit one more with luggage.  I don't know when we'll be leaving exactly, but I do know it will be earlier than that.

We'll also be stopping at Target in Richmond to load up on Candy.

Wish I still had the van.  Transporting 7 people last year was fun.  Stupid transmissions and state inspection. :(

5pm... 5pm... I think that can work.

I was a little worried when I found out the lab for one of my classes was bumped down a week (thanks to reading days), putting one on that Friday.  But it ends at 3:50pm, and me and my partners usually finish 20 mins early anyway.

I should be ready to go the night before; gonna have to plan accordingly.

I seriously doubt I'd need an hour extra.  5:30pm may be better, but I honestly feel I'll be geared to go by 5pm.

I won't know exactly how things will stack up until the Sunday before, but they tend to stack in my favor.

Yep, hotel fees are $37 and are due to me by the Thursday before the trip. I accept cash, check, or Gundam.
